"The River Sings"

This is a great naptime song!

"The Hills of Ireland"

I enjoy exposing children to a variety of music not just “children’s” music. Holiday’s and themes are a good time to introduce children to new music that they might not otherwise hear.

With ST. Patrick’s Day approaching, I plan to introduce the children in my class to Enya.

Enya's music is a collection of New Age, Celtic, Pop, Classical, and can be found under these categories among others. I have often used songs from Enya for naptime or to restore calm in the room.

Check out Enya’s website at http://www.enya.com/
